Human Resource Development is one of the key missions of DENSO HRM philosophy which focuses on promoting the personal growth of our associates and the sustained development of the DENSO enterprise, by creating a corporate culture, that allows each associate to display his or her capabilities fully while working toward DENSO's business aims. HRD is not only about expanding the spectrum of one's knowledge/skills but a comprehensive support for overall employee growth. The basis of HRD is "OJT" (On the Job Training) by manager at worksite. Good relationship is essential for active OJT.

Once part of DENSO, continuous training and international exposure ensure that our employees have a cross-cultural perspective and strong command on their domain. Being present in 35 countries, we continuously have to work with work with so many cultures around the globe and we have designed our training system which suits that requirement covers various domains, technical skills, soft skills and business/management skills.
